1. How long does it take to receive my order?
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Note: Customized products may take 7–10 business days to ship.
2. Do you offer express or rush shipping?
Currently, we only offer standard shipping. We’re working on adding expedited options in the near future.
3. Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please use a physical street address when placing your order.
4. Can I update my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us within 12 hours and we’ll do our best to assist.

6. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items in original packaging.
Customized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a defect.
7. How do I request a return?
Send an email to [help@shopamz.com] with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
8. When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund within 5–7 business days.

11. How do I know if a product is customizable?
Each product page will indicate whether it can be customized. Customized items may require 7–10 business days to be created and shipped.
12. Can I make changes to my custom order after placing it?
Unfortunately, once a custom order is in production, it cannot be changed or canceled.
