This return and refund policy applies to all orders placed on Shopamz.com and delivered within the United States. For other countries, return eligibility may vary and will be updated accordingly.
Damaged or Wrong Items
We’ve introduced a no-return policy for damaged or wrong items to make things hassle-free. You don’t need to send the items back—just keep them, and we’ll issue a full refund.
- Process: Send us a couple of pictures (daylight preferred) as proof of damage or incorrect items to help@shopamz.com.
- Note: Slight color variations may occur due to differences in screens or lighting and are not eligible for refunds.
- Sale Items: Shopamz reserves the right to accept or reject return/refund requests for sale items.
No Reason Returns
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of receiving the parcel.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Restocking Fee: A 20% stock handling and admin fee will be deducted, and you’ll be credited 80% of the order price once we receive the parcel in its original condition with the original label.
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. - Return Address: Do not return to the address on your package. Contact us at help@shopamz.com for the correct return address.
- High-Value Items: For items worth over $100, use a trackable delivery service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot refund or exchange lost returns without proof of shipment.
Wrong Size Items
If you received an incorrect size, please send pictures to help@shopamz.com showing measurements that don’t match our product listing size chart. Refer to our guide for measuring a dress for assistance.
Refund Processing
Once your return request is processed, we’ll notify you by email. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. If you don’t see the refund, check with your bank, as processing times may vary.
Sale & Clearance Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for returns. Clearance and sale items are not returnable unless found damaged or defective. Shopamz reserves the right to accept or reject return/refund requests for discounted items.
Exchanges
For damaged or defective items, you can request an exchange for a replacement. If a replacement isn’t available, we’ll offer a refund. Contact us at help@shopamz.com to arrange an exchange.
